FUNCTIONS OF CDC :
- PLACEMENT TRAINING - To attain good placements by training the students throughout their studies through various training programs and transform them into a better personality.
- CAREER COUNSELLING - To provide career guidance about avenues open after graduation. i.e., Placements and entrepreneurship.
- SOFT SKILLS TRAINING - To equip students with necessary skill sets for getting placed in dream companies.
- INDUSTRY INTERNSHIPS - To build the bridge between industry and academia so that students can get good exposure in the industrial arena.
- ALUMNI EVENTS – To improve the connection between the alumni and the institution that can facilitate in improved collaboration for students career and development.
- HACKATHONS – To conduct regular technical events by inclusion of new methodology to inculcate the culture of startup and innovation ecosystem to the students.
- HIGHER EDUCATION TRAINING – To create awareness among students about higher education in India and abroad, the students need to take up English Proficiency examinations like GATE/IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/DUOLINGO and admission requirement examinations like GRE/GMAT/SAT.
- INDUSTRY CONCLAVE - The conclave gives opportunities for faculty and students to interact with industry bodies focused on exposing the key innovation and research activities.
- GUIDANCE FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMINATIONS - To create awareness about competitive exams held throughout India.
CAREER COUNSELLING:
Career Counseling (CC) is a process that focuses on helping one understand one’s own self, as well as work trends, so that one can take an informed decision about career and education.CC in ACE includes career guidance programmes for all the students right from the first year.For students in our college, who are still confused about what they want to do, as well as for professionals who want to transition from their field to something they love.
Career counseling helps in the following manner:
- Career Counseling helps them understand the career options that they have, and how to pursue them.
- Career Counseling helps them understand their own strengths and weaknesses with regard to their present course or profession, and lets them know what career they would be suited for.

HIGHER EDUCATION
- To pursue higher education in abroad, the students need to take up English Proficiency examinations like IELTS/TOEFL/PTE/DUOLINGO and admission requirement examinations like GRE/GMAT/SAT.
- To pursue PhD in INDIA, the students need to take up examinations IIT JAM/ NPAT/ CSIR-UGC NET.
- For pursuing masters in engineering or technology (M.E/M.Tech), the students need to take up examinations GATE/TANCET.
- To pursue Masters in Business Administration the students need to take up CAT examination.
